Really easy to do, completed online with no need to try and fit in face to face appointments and the £20 per year we will pay to make as many changes as needed mean me and my husband are now set up for all eventuality. Ours was straightforwards but if things became more complex then I’d have no hesitation to get in touch and discuss our needs further at that point. Stop putting it off, that’s what we did and in the end only took us half hour!

I love the simplicity of being able to make as many changes as I need to in the year and the professional checks are free, bar the once a year small payment. Signed with friend witnesses, folded and stored so all updated and no solicitors appts or costs either!

From initial contact on 6th April to delivery on 14th April it’s been a great experience.
Will completion online was really really easy to follow and quick. Was able to complete in bits and save it to go back to another time. Plenty of online guidance. Email confirmation confirming when ready to download but could also request a paper copy for small charge if no access to printer. Completed will also comes with guidance for when will needs to be used. Thank you Farewill. I will certainly be recommending to all my friends and family.

What a fantastic, user friendly service. I have waited too many years to get this into place and I have been able to do that now. Having the option to amend at any time for the annual subscription of £10 is an advantage too.

On their website they say that they will check your will within five days, but after you have paid for it they email to say it will be two weeks. You can't contact them: the email comes from a no-reply address and the phone number on the website is "number unobtainable".

Very simple to use. I didn't have to look up any policy or bank information. Just named the pension or the bank, etc and I assume Farewill will do the rest if/when the time comes.
